Impact and annual report

VCU’s Department of Psychology currently serves as the first pilot group for the College to Career initiative. The overall size, diversity, and variety of career outcomes for Psychology graduates make it an ideal pilot student group. Currently, the department has a curricular framework that, with support, can become a strong example for other units.

The Department of Psychology has a strategic goal of enhancing its approach to assisting students who are making career choices through REAL experiences and are approaching degree completion.
